Resto: Bringing Fat Back

111 E 29th St. (btw Park & Lex)

We've been to Resto many times for dinner & drinks. We've even had their Large Format Feast, where "nose-to-tail" dishes are prepared from an animal of your choice (we picked a lamb, but yes, they provide vegetarian & pescatarian options). It was only recently that we started going for brunch. We realized that they offer one of the best brunch deals in the city. $16 for a Bloody Mary & selection from a prix fixe menu. Uhm, yes please.

{Bloody Success bucket}

{Bloody Success sides}

{Baja Bloody Mary - anjeo tequila, pickled chilies, lime, tomato, pickling liquid}

{Eggs Benedict - lardon liege waffle, hollandaise, homefries, greens}

{Egg Sammy - eggs, gruyere, guanciale, hollandaise, croissant}

{Dark Chocolate Buttermilk Pancakes - vermont maple syrup, butter}

{Beignets - cinnamon, sugar, chocolate sauce}

{Outside seating in the summer}
